Rodney, I wanted to thank you and your staff for what could have been a disaster of biblical proportions for our race weekend into a minor inconvenience. From Gina on late Friday evening who made me feel we were in good hands, to you for the use of the loaner car which saved our weekend and Joe for handling the process. Finally to Lindsey who kept me informed with the diagnoses, cost and timeline for completion. You and your staff have my highest rating for first class customer service.

I had bought a previous vehicle from Gary and enjoyed working with him. So when I was interested in a Honda Pilot, I specifically went to Gary again. Gary was again very helpful, not "pushy", and the entire experience was fine. Everyone else that I meet in the process of buying the vehicle was also very friendly and enjoyable to work with.
Good experience with the Honda service team at International Auto group as we had 2 vehicles scheduled for same time and everything worked just like it was scheduled!
My salesman, John, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I traded in my 2007 Toyota Corolla, so I had a lot to learn about new technology. Everything went smoothly and I didn't feel pressured to buy or manipulated. I love my new Honda HR-V and I am glad I bought it from International Honda Sheboygan.
Outstanding service department! Service Advisor Michelle was extremely helpful in addressing my needs and rapidly scheduling my Honda Pilot in for service. Lance was GREAT; interacting with me regularly, throughout the entire service/repair process. His caring approach gave me confidence that the service he was suggesting was not only needed but, more importantly, that he would personally undertake the work with the utmost care. I will definately be bringing my vehicle back to International Honda for future service needs with the hope that Lance can further apply his outstanding technical knowledge.
Service dept. quickly set up a timely appointment and service was very good. They also cleaned the outside nicely.

Their repair dept is on top of appointments and has great customer service. They follow up as a reminder which is a plus.

Recall service was fast, even though it took over a year to get the replacement part in stock. Disappointed that the vehicle was not washed.

Took my car in for an oil change. I asked if during the free inspection they could take a peak at the suspension as it's been clunking. On the inspection sheet they said they did the inspection and everything looked normal. I took a look at it with my phone camera after the appt. I'm not sure how it was missed but my strut is leaking, the entire strut was wet compared to the other side. The air filter cover was not put back on. I noticed a loud noise when I pickup the car.
The service center was Very helpful and professional to work with. Much better than the sales department. The sales department acted like they really didn’t care about making a sale, whereas the service department was very friendly and eager to help. Sales dept-1 star, service dept-5 stars!!!
The attention was prompt but not overbearing, Gary was very friendly and helpful. I did not appreciate the pressure from the finance guy to buy extra coverages.

All done properly for recall but lacked in communication as I needed to call afte 4.5 hours and find out it was done after 2 hours as originally stated. And my truck smells horribly like gas from the recall procedure.

After I picked up my vehicle I realized that the coupon I brought in for the oil change was not applied and that the 2 Air Filters cost a little more then what was stated in the text. I reached back out to Michelle via text to ask her why and received a "canned" response directing me to email the service manager Lindsey . Couldn't Michelle forward my text to Lindsey or lean over and tell her about it my ask?
Service advisors are respectful of my time. Their professionalism and knowledge is above average. Good communicators, good knowledge base.
With new General Manager, IA Honda in Sheboygan has turned into the best car dealership in the county.

I have been very satisfied with the service department. When I need an appointment It doesn't take long to get one and the service is done promptly and well.
I had a tight schedule on Friday. I talked to Michelle about how much time I had before my next appointment and how I messed up. I asked her if that would be enough time or if I should reschedule. Michelle said she will get me out of there on time. She did exactly that. The only problem I had was the shuttle picking me up. I didn't get to the dealership in time. I had to cancel my appointment. My oil change was completed as requested. When I came to pick up the car the service representative also suggested replacing my windshield wiper blades. It was done in a few minutes as I waited.

When I scheduled appt. I asked if they'd update the Navigation system and they said yes they would. When I got to Service Center they advised they wouldn't and I'd have to do update at home. That was the main reason I took appt. Very unhappy about that. Also when time to pay for service was asked if I knew about 2 percent fee for using credit card. I did not. Lindsay's very cordial and did arrange for a price discount for a failed original battery. When i called to schedule, I was advised that 7:30 am was the only appointment available, but that I could wait for installation of a new battery. What I arrived , I was then advised that the battery installer would not arrive until noon and that it would be about 2:00pm for completion. I was given a shuttle ride home. Good clean dealership. Service lady was very professional when she noticed I was starting to get mad that my warranty expired at 24k miles not 25k. I tried three different times to resolve my transmission problem {slipping very badly}.
I was told that there is no problem, but when I gave them the service bulletin numbers (2 of them) they told me that the bulletins were not related. They did not what to hear it. I had bought the extended warranty to 100,000 miles, and my vehicle had 97,000 miles on it after the third time trying to get it fixed. Dropped off conveniently the night before my appointment. Received an acknowledgement of my drop off first thing in the morning. Car was ready as promised, and driver picked me up to retrieve the van.
