Model Highlights
Exterior
The exterior of the 2027 Odyssey combines a streamlined profile with modern aesthetic details. Up front, a prominent front grille is flanked by standard LED headlights featuring auto-on/off functionality. LED fog lights sit integrated into the lower fascia, enhancing forward illumination during foggy lakefront mornings. Darkened glass wraps around the rear, clever styling that seamlessly conceals the tracks for the dual power-sliding side doors. Rollers ride on standard 18-inch machine-finished alloy wheels, with 19-inch options available in gloss-black or gray finishes depending on the trim. At the back, a standard power tailgate with programmable height makes loading gear effortless, while select models feature hands-free kick access.
Interior
Inside, the 2027 Odyssey offers seating for up to eight occupants alongside adaptable cargo solutions. A standout feature is the Magic Slide second-row seats, which move side-to-side and fold flat for simplified access to the third row. The One-Touch 60/40 Split Magic Seat in the third row folds quickly into the floor, expanding rear cargo capacity from 32.8 cubic feet up to 155.8 cubic feet behind the first row. Leather-trimmed seating, heated front seats, and tri-zone automatic climate control help keep everyone comfortable through brisk Sheboygan winters.
Digital connectivity includes a standard 9-inch color touchscreen featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto. A wireless device charger, CabinTalk in-car PA system, and distributed USB-C charging ports across rows keep devices powered and communication clear. Available family tech includes the CabinWatch rear-seat monitor and a 12.8-inch high-resolution rear entertainment display.
Performance
Powering the 2027 Odyssey is a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that produces 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission featuring shift-by-wire technology and paddle shifters for smooth, decisive acceleration.
A compact multi-link rear suspension and dual-pinion electric power steering deliver a composed, smooth ride quality over varied road surfaces. To assist with winter driving in Wisconsin, the Intelligent Traction Management system includes a driver-selectable Snow Mode. This feature recalibrates throttle inputs and traction control response to help maintain stability on slippery snow and ice.
Safety
Comprehensive occupant protection remains central to the vehicle, constructed around the Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure. Standard on all models is the Honda Sensing driver-assist safety suite. Key active driver-assist features include:
- Collision Mitigation Braking System with Advanced Pedestrian Detection
- Road Departure Mitigation System with Lane Departure Warning
- Lane Keeping Assist System with Traffic Jam Assist
- Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow
- Blind Spot Information System with Cross Traffic Monitor
Standard safety equipment also includes a Rear Seat Reminder to protect younger passengers, auto high-beam headlights, and LATCH child seat anchors across all second-row and third-row outboard positions.
